2011 State Annual Emergency Management Conference

We are seeking interested vendors as exhibitors at the 2011 State Annual Emergency Management Conference.  This unique five (5) day event will provide you with an excellent chance to mingle and mix with key decision makers from Pennsylvania’s nine (9) Task Forces, sixty-seven county coordinators, Local Emergency Planning Committees (LEPC), Radiological Officers (RO) and state officials. 

Registration for the 2011 Pennsylvania Emergency Management Conference is now available.  The conference will be held September 24 – 28, 2011 at the Holiday Inn Harrisburg East on Lindle Road in Harrisburg.  This year’s theme is “Remember the Past, Pursue the Future.”   As in previous years specialty seminars will be held on September 24 and 25.

Instructions for registration can be found at the following link 2011 PEMA Annual Conference.   At a minimum three (3) registration slots will be reserved for each county, in addition to three (3) for the City of Pittsburgh, and three (3) for the City of Philadelphia.   County Coordinators are encouraged to determine the appropriate representation for these slots.  Task forces are reserved a minimum of five (5) slots, the task force representatives should be selected by the Task Force Chair or Executive Board. Each county LEPC has been reserved one (1) slot.  State agencies are reserved a minimum of two (2) slots per agency.  The current registration slots are minimums, an entity may be awarded more slots based upon available seats.  As in previous years, all registrants will be in a Pending until the Conference Track Program Manager has approved your attendance.
