KEMA Survey
Below you will find a short survey developed by the Keystone Emergency Management Association (KEMA).  This survey will be used by KEMA to design programs and events that are tailored to the needs of Pennsylvania’s County and Municipal Emergency Management Coordinators (EMCs).  Please take a few minutes to complete the survey.  If you would prefer to print and mail in the survey, please return it to:

Examples of activities previously undertaken by KEMA on behalf of the County and Municipal EMCs include:

• Supporting PEMA in the successful effort to establish Intrastate Mutual Aid legislation, which was signed into law in 2008.
• Working with PEMA on revisions to the Emergency Management Services Code, Title 35 of the Pennsylvania Code, which will be reintroduced in the current legislative session;
• Discussion with PEMA concerning revisions to the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency’s Emergency Manager Certification Program
